1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any products or services provided by Protocol Provider ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Product Nature & Delivery

All products sold are digital licenses delivered as pre-activated keys, similar to gift cards. Once purchased:

  • Keys are generated and delivered instantly to your email or account
  • Products are immediately activated and ready for use
  • No physical goods or downloads are provided unless specified
  • Access credentials are non-transferable and for single-user use only

3. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Prices are listed in USD or BRL and may change without notice
  • Payment must be completed before product activation
  • Disputing or reversing payments will result in immediate account suspension
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

4. Product Guarantee & Refund Policy

We guarantee that all products will function as advertised at the time of purchase. If a product fails to work properly due to issues on our end, you are eligible for a refund after proper verification by our support team.

Valid Refund Cases (After Support Analysis)

  • Product activation failure caused by our systems or infrastructure
  • Product completely non-functional despite following all setup instructions
  • Incorrect product or subscription tier delivered due to our error

REFUND PROCESS: All refund requests must go through our support team via Discord. You must provide proof of the issue, follow troubleshooting steps, and allow our team to verify the problem. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided For

  • Game account bans, suspensions, or penalties (not covered by our guarantee)
  • Anti-cheat detection, updates, or game patches affecting functionality
  • User error, failure to follow setup instructions, or improper usage
  • System incompatibility or failure to meet minimum requirements
  • Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or no longer wanting the product
  • Third-party issues (internet connection, PC problems, game servers down)
  • Refusal to cooperate with support team during troubleshooting
  • Inability to provide proof of issue or follow verification steps

Protection Against Fraudulent Chargebacks

IMPORTANT: Filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal without going through our official support process is considered fraud and will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent ban from all services
  • License revocation without refund
  • Legal action for fraud and breach of contract (if applicable)
  • Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention databases
  • No future purchases or service access permitted

By making a purchase, you agree to resolve any issues through our support team FIRST before initiating any payment disputes. Legitimate issues will be addressed and refunded when verified by our team.

5. License Terms & Restrictions

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You agree NOT to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our products
  • Use products on multiple accounts simultaneously (unless specified)
  • Allow unauthorized users to access your account or products
  • Use products for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Account Management

We reserve the right to:

  • Deactivate your license at our discretion without prior notice
  • Terminate accounts for violation of these terms
  • Suspend service for suspicious activity or payment disputes
  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

"Lifetime" licenses refer only to the product's availability period, not indefinite access.

7. Prohibited Users & Activities

The following individuals and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Employees or affiliates of game developers or anti-cheat companies
  • Individuals attempting to attack, exploit, or compromise our systems
  • Sharing internal community information publicly
  • Creating content featuring our products without proper branding
  • Using unauthorized payment methods or fraudulent transactions

8. Warranties & Liability

Our products and services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We explicitly disclaim:

  • Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Any guarantee of undetectability or continued functionality
  • Responsibility for game bans, account suspensions, or data loss
  • Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use our products at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any consequences.

9. Product Updates & Availability

While we strive to maintain product functionality:

  • We do not guarantee continuous availability or updates
  • Products may become unavailable due to game updates or anti-cheat changes
  • No compensation is provided if a product stops working
  • Update timelines are estimates and not guarantees

10. Content Creation & Branding

If you create content (videos, streams, posts) featuring our products:

  • You must include proper Protocol Provider branding and attribution
  • You must protect your account information and personal details
  • You may not make false claims about product capabilities
  • We reserve the right to request removal of content violating these terms

11. Support & Communication

Support is provided via Discord on a best-effort basis:

  • Response times are not guaranteed
  • Support is limited to product-related technical issues
  • Abusive or harassing behavior will result in permanent ban
  • We reserve the right to refuse support at our discretion

12. Privacy & Data

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • We collect minimal data necessary for product delivery and support
  • Payment information is processed by third-party providers
  • We do not sell or share your personal information
  • Discord IDs and emails may be stored for account management
  • Hardware identifiers (HWID) are collected to prevent license sharing and ensure single-user access
  • Your PC's unique hardware signature is used solely for license validation and anti-fraud protection

Hardware Binding: Licenses are bound to your PC's hardware configuration. Sharing your license key with others or attempting to use it on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic deactivation and permanent ban without refund.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced via Discord.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes must be resolved individually, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits. By purchasing, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration.
